Recipes!

So, how do you use this stuff anyway? Adaptovitalifuel is very versatile and can be used in many different ways. You could just add a scoop to water and shake it up, many people do that, really! Add it to all kinds of drinks, smoothies or baked goods (kids love it in pancakes and waffles!) or even soups! People from all ages love this stuff but not everyone has a super beverage everyday and getting this into a wide variety of people in fun ways can be easy. Get creative with it! I know we do!

Super Charged Coffee:

8-10 oz hot organic direct trade coffee

1 teaspoon (or more!) Local raw honey

1 tablespoon organic butter from pasture raised cows (or substitute a vegan alternative)

1 heaping tablespoon Adaptovitalifuel

Dash of high quality sea salt

Blend, or shake in a lidded jar until completely mixed

Can also be made cold although it's hard to do that with butter, so use a different creamer if you do.

Caffeine free Super Charged Latte:

8-10 oz warm or cold preferred milk base

1 heaping tablespoon Adaptovitalifuel

Sweeten to taste

Blueberry banana smoothie (or any smoothie really)

1/2 cup frozen or fresh organic blueberries

1 fresh or frozen organic banana

12 oz preferred nut/seed/dairy milk base

1 heaping tablespoon Adaptovitalifuel

Additional sweetener to taste

Blend on high until smooth

(This can also be made into popsicles!)

Barbecue tacos:

1.5 lbs dry rubbed and roasted and shredded pork or jackfruit

6 oz organic tomato paste

1tsp garlic granules

1/4 cup water

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1.5 tablespoons Adaptovitalifuel

2 tablespoons sugar free apricot jam

Mix all ingredients into a large saucepan and saute until thoroughly mixed

Brownies, cinnamon rolls, cookies, doughnuts, breads, bars, pies, cakes and more:

Depending on the size of the recipe, substitute a few tablespoons to a quarter cup or more of Adaptovitalifuel to replace an equal amount of your favorite dry mix to add a dose of supertonic adaptogenic herbs to any sweet or savory baked recipe (not recommended in citrus based food).

Soups, sauces and gravy:

Seriously, we've done it! Add a few tablespoons or so to more recipes than I can think of to get you and your family some deep nutrition in a delicious delivery system.

Have fun with it!
